Cry
Reduces enemy $F2 stat(typically enemy level+10) by half of character $F2 Stat (base level or 10 typically).
This effects the duration of various effect timers, and the success rate of Edge's steal ability.
Twincast
Teams up with another twin to cast a spell.
Both twins must have the mp to cast. The twin in the higher priority party slot is used to determine the spell damage.
r = random number between 0 and 255
