Battle Items

If the S:no-j or T:no-j flags are enabled, then only the items in the “Curatives” category can appear in shops and untrapped treasure chests, respectively.

Notes

Reading these tables

The “Bosses?” column indicates whether the item can affect enemies with the boss bit. The default is “Yes”.

The “Reflectable?” column indicates whether the item's effect will be reflected if the target has Wall status. The default is “No”.

Calculating Damage/Healing

For damaging items and curatives that aren't HP-based, the spell power is the value in the Power column multiplied by 4. The number of multipliers is set to 8.

For HP-based damaging items, the spell power is set to the user's HP divided by the Power column. The number of multipliers is set to 1, and enemy magic defense is ignored.

Grimoire

Grimoire targets a single enemy at random if the random summon is Chocobo and Sylph, or all enemies for any of the other summons. Odin will miss targets with the boss bit. Any summon will fail if the user has Toad or Piggy status.
